At SAGAN Vienna, we value the craftsmanship of our leather goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange any unused items within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item securely in its original dust bag and box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our Vienna studio; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
